Gracie is proving to be every bit as amazing as we thought she would be, she is in training with French show jumper Benoit Desjeux, improving every day.

We are over the moon with our lovely not so little colt by Tresor Mail. He has a lovely quiet nature, as well as some cracking paces! First time mum Coco is doing an excellent job. Couldn't be happier with the two of them Duke will be available for sale at weaning
Since being too pregnant to ride in November of last year I decided at 34 weeks pregnant to give the ride of Callie to Matt Bryan. Callie has really turned a corner recently and is performing very well for him. She had a field accident just before going to Matt, so we have had a slow start, but she is now looking the business and is now ready to go out and compete under rules, very exciting. I have let Matt keep the ride on Callie to compete what with starting my youngster under saddle and having a 5 and a half month baby to look after! However I have just taken her back to also ride myself, the challenge will now be sitting to her massive stride! Poser Work has been a little stop start with Ruby, due to numerous circumstances, however she is now back in work. time to shift some weight and get cracking! She has been easy to do from day one, but doesn't always stretch down, so the trainer has started her off on the Pessoa before she gets back on board. So here is Untamed Melodie (Yarlands Summersong x Cheyne Walk) on the lunge Our lovely little boy Chico (Tilippe Le Bel x Fabienne Z) is now sold back to his stallions owners. He will leave us once weaned, so probably in December :-( He is already a very big boy! Hopefully we will hear lots more from him in the future, and we are so happy he is going to a great home. He took a long time coming and is our first colt so he will always be special to us. Chico the crackers colt, allowed into the big field and very much enjoying himself! New foal Chico (Tilippe Le Bel x Fabienne Z) finds his feet! It's a boy :-) On Sunday morning in secret, sometime between 01:00 and 03:45 Fabbie finally dropped our first colt. He is a lovely chestnut boy by Tilippe Le Bel, no name as yet, so we need to get our thinking caps on. His official name needs to start with a C, as this is the French system, so any ideas welcome. Fabbie is being a lovely mummy, here is a video of him having a bit of a wiggle & a wobble! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=q6E6LrPc2pA I'm sure there will be many many more pictures to come! |
